Breakfast and dinner was really great with a rich selection of food. We had an excellent sea view on the 6th floor. There were enjoyable live shows every night. The beach is sandy and not over-crowded (two sunbed rent costs 14 euros). There are many shops in the area. The staff was helpful and polite.

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and evening meal. Although it felt a bit crowded with people finding a seat, people moving back and forth to the food counters and people leaving the restaurant we got used to moving quickly to avoid others. the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and thoughtful. The reception staff were excellent and could not have done more for us. Our room was always cleaned perfectly. The bar staff were helpful and the drinks were reasonably priced for a four star hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located in the center of Cala Millor just next to the beach with bars, restaurants and shops at its doorstep and at the same time providing quiet and peaceful stay. The property together with swimming pool area were very clean and daily housekeeping service in our room was excellent. We had an amazing views from our room, shower was great and bed was very comfortable. We opted for half board and weren't disappointed, food was very good with good variety, menu changed daily. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff who couldn't do enough for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back here again.

Wow - this hotel really exceeded my expectations! When you walk in, it smells so nice; there is a sprawling marble floor and white piano - and you get a glass of champagne on arrival! It was literally the best hotel! Thank you to all the staff and especially Sorin on the entertainment team (very good activities - rifle, boules, darts and a sensational bike ride from Cala Millor to Porto Cristo) the bar team Jeffe, Cristobal, Cristian who made the BEST cocktails; Xisco & Oscar on reception always friendly and quick to resolve any issues, and Sergei (not sure if I spelled right) the waiter was there every morning and every night excellent standard of service OMG! The food was great. The view from my balcony was incredible. Nice relaxing atmosphere after a very difficult 5 months. Best holiday i’ve had in years. THANK YOU I will be back!!!!!!

Our hotel rooms were lovely and big and looked directly over the swimming pool and the sea. We had half-board and the food was great.The hotel team were simply wonderful: professional, kind, helpful, and always with a smile!! This includes all aspects, from reception to the dining room, pool terrace and kitchen, and room cleaning.We had a lot of fun, and the evening activities were a hit for all three generations (21 to 96 year-olds). We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer!! A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so amazing!!!

This hotel has one of the best locations in all Cala Millor beach. It is literally meters from the sandy beach, you can walk there easily from the pool area. The food is good, wide variety for both breakfast and dinner, and great taste. One of the best half board offers I have had sofar. It is also close to the busy area with all the shops and cafés, if you would like to have a walk after dinner, as the shops are open until about 11 pm. We had a great, spacious room with wonderful seaview. We loved that eventhough we had to check out at noon we could stay and enjoy the pool area and the beach all day long until our airport transfer picked us up.

Very nice hotel, big room and quite big balcony, with sea view. Room well equipped, clean and spacious. Food as well very good, quite large choice.

Was amazing from start to finish. Every staff member made our trip extra special - reception, bar and pool staff. the room was perfectly clean and the view was incredible - we woke up to the sound of waves everyday. the location is great. everything is perfect for a relaxing getaway
